“Not the only Pizzeria
and Italian Restaurant in town, just the best!”
If you ask any local to describe Gino’s Neighborhood Pizzeria and Grill, they would burst into a smile from ear to ear and use such
terminology as unpretentious, friendly, inexpensive, consistent and delicious.
Yes, Gino’s is all that, and more. The mainstay, signature items on our
menu are pizza and the stromboli. We use nothing but the best ingredients, making the dough fresh daily, and baking the product in a brick lined oven.
The thin crust “Philly Style” pizza is hand tossed, topped with low
moisture mozzarella cheese, and baked slowly in a brick lined
oven, so that it bakes from the bottom up, all the way through. The crust
is crispy yet chewy, the cheese is creamy and stringy and the homemade sauce is light with just the right amount of acid tang.
But our fine quality, Southern Italian food doesn't end
with pizza and stromboli. Pasta dishes also are a trademark
of our restaurant. Notably, it all starts with our great
homemade sauces, which include marinara - our tasty and
popular red sauce. Capri sauce - white wine, olive oil, garlic
and fresh spices, Alfredo sauce – cream white wine,
parmesean, and fresh spices.
Pesto sauce – sweet basil, garlic, olive oil, romano, and pinenuts. Some
of our great pasta dishes include: The God father-calamari, shrimp, clams, and mussels sautéed in a Capri sauce over linguini. Genovese-Tortellini pasta with artichoke hearts, sun dried tomatoes, prosciutto, and chicken in a light tomato cream sauce. Homemade lasagna-wide
noodles baked in layers of spicy Italian sausage, parmesean, ricotta,
and mozzarella cheese topped with marinara sauce.
We also serve great seafood specials nightly. Made up by our
great sauté chefs, Gino’s kitchen is wide open for everyone to see.
Not many restaurants will put their kitchen on display
and we do. But we do it for two reasons, we love our customers
and this gives us a chance to acknowledge their patronage – and
our pizza chefs put on a show for the kids, tossing pizza and bantering
back-and–forth.
When its all put together Gino’s is a family owned
and operated business that takes pride in its product and loves to see
customers come back, again and again.
