The Memorial Hospital is a Level-IV 25-bed Critical Access Hospital located in rural Northwest Colorado. Despite our remote location, we provide exceptional emergency, inpatient and outpatient care and have a long-standing care partnership with St. Mary's Hospital in Grand Junction.
