This may be the only place in town to buy bulk nuts, granola, grains, etc. They have a good deli with lots of vegetarian options, as well as mainstays such as turkey sandwiches, tuna salad and soups. It's also a good place to get espresso drinks. Bamboo has a great location on Yampa St. near the bike path and Little Toots park, making a nice place to stop for lunch or a snack. They have nice outdoor seating too.

This is a great little store. If your a health nut, and I mean that as a compliment, this is a great place to buy healthy food. There is a full vitamin and herb section, and a great bulk foods display. The deli offers sandwiches and wraps made fresh to order. If you want to get a little pick me up, grab a fruit smoothy. Super vegetarian friendly.
