This is a great place to grab a quick, hearty breakfast on the go West of town. We love their crunchy hash browns and breakfast burritos. They have good specialty burritos and are always gracious about accommodating my request for a simple, egg, cheddar cheese, hash brown and green chili burrito. They also have yummy baked goods and cupcakes.

Just a plug for the Hombre breakfast burrito and large coffee. Working on this side of town, I can always count on Lil House for a fast and tasty breakfast. Good stuff.

Once again Rex has nailed it. We stopped by his newest place on Monday morning before heading back to Denver.

I had a "Classic Biscuit" (egg, cheese, sausage) and coffee that came with a free hash-brown....for under $4. My wife had a great breakfast burrito and our son had a simple biscuit w/cheese. It was all hot, fresh and great price for the quantity/quality.

For anyone who hasn't been here it's a small place that does mostly take-out. There are a few tables but almost everyone seemed to be getting their food to go.

If you're on the run and looking for something quick, filling and really good -- you've found it.
