Sweetwater Grill is one of those great hybrid establishments. Combining a great fine dining experience in a modern setting; if Austin Powers was beamed into Steamboat, he would think it shagalicious. They also offer a great casual bar and outside deck, complete with outdoor fire place. Whether in the winter or summer or spring or fall, it is always happening. The staff seem to be dressed in some sort of Star Trek garb. They will beam you up to a stellar culinary experience. I recommend the chorizo poutine as an appetizer, the haystack salad, and as an entree, the bison ribeye. Sweetwater is a family friendly place, especially in summer; a sugar shack, bouncy house and lawn toys. I guess they left out the lawn darts for obvious reasons. I'm really impressed by their live music, they book bands in most every genre; bluegrass, rock, DJ's, and a great Pink Floyd cover band called, "Wish You Were Pink". A fun place to eat, drink, and be merry....

Enjoyed a great lunch at the Sweetwater Grill. Owners have done a terrific job with the remodel. One of the best spots in Steamboat for lunch. I had the club sandwich with cole slaw and it was great. My table also enjoyed the fish tacos and the chicken salad. Great atmosphere. I'll be back.
