Yes, get back to the subject. Cleaner air. We breathe it. The subject is Clean air.
General Electric and Pratt and Whitney both make reliable high output natural gas power units to replace the dirty, filthy coal fired units.
Phase out coal production. Keep just enough coal production going so we can spread some on the icy snow packed roads in the winter. Then get rid of that awful corrosive liquid that is being spread on the roads now.
After reading some of these posts I've come to the conclusion that Craig has a lot of citizens who are a bunch of paranoid conspiracy theorists who listen to Dumb stuff and then repeat it. Geokinetics won't be drilling for oil or gas in your yard. They are just looking. You all remind me of the old Chinese saying " when the going gets tough the weird turn pro." Calm down, give it a break or your head will explode.
Wait a minute! You mean that road going north from the sand rocks to the City shop isn't the official City dump. Holy Cow! I thought that was where everybody who lived within the city limits dumped their trash. I thought the reason it was so messy out there was because it was a place to take trash. I am going out there and look again and see if I can see people living in that stuff. If I see people there I will talk to the city next week.
Vote NO on Ref. 2B. Instead the city council should raise the minimum wage to 11 dollars per hour within the city limits. Yes, that will boost the local economy. More money will be available to buy new cars and new clothes and real estate and an addition to the house. And the city council could require the minimum wage to increase by 50 cents per hour each year for 5 years on a trial basis. That's the answer plain and simple NO on Ref. 2B and yes to 11 dollars per hour minimum wage.
Vote NO on amendment 62.
What a strange person this Frank Moe is. The energy industry is under attack??? What did he say? Wow! The Gulf of Mexico is a complete mess, clean-up employees are sick, toxic dispersant is being sprayed all over the place, the economies of all the Gulf states are completely gone and FRANK MOE thinks the oil industry is under attack. bpmakesmesick.com.
Ah, heck go on don't listen to the city attorney. What do attorneys know? Law and stuff like that. Gee whiz what would tea baggers do? Raise heck that's what. Do the ideologically extreme thing, just ban all signs that you don't agree with. And if you like a candidate who belongs to your party let them plant signs all over town for as long as they wish. Then pay to go to court to defend it.
So! What happened to the officer who did his job. I hope he was not punished in any way. We need police officers like officer Bagley. We want officers like Sgt. Bagley.
What a silly, silly person. I was going to speak my mind. When I do the press censor removes my comment. I heard about a law that was about to be passed by some state where the police were required to detain and ask for the "papers" of oil field workers who looked retarded. The southeast states are so upset at oil field workers that they want to put them all in jail. And I think that all 50 states are going to pass this law soon. What a dumb thing to do. Put oil field workers in jail because they are not carrying their birth certificate or some other form of I.D. Just because Oil companies are in charge of so much damage to a body of water and hundreds of miles of beach and oil covered birds???
What a bunch of dopes (the editorial board) is. The constitution protects freedom of expression. I thought this had been settled years ago. Wear clothes that look like a U.S. flag, carry beach towels that look like an American flag, wear a patch that looks like a U.S. flag. It doesn't destroy the United States. It proves to the world that we don't have a bunch of right wing wackos running things.
