They add an extra bit of ticks to my yard, as well as take away an extra bit of my plants.

I really hope you find your glasses. I know when I have lost something, often my first thought is someone took them. But you had them on the stove? Good luck!

That's great, glad we are producing gas and income. Too bad the governor, self-serving politicians, and the greenies won't allow us to open this opportunity up to the full potential.

Eddie, give us a hint so we know what to avoid. You hinted it is not village inn. McDonald's doesn't have omelets. What does that leave, one of the hotels?

Maybe they should be designated "trackless" or "unmanned." Then nothing associated with man could be there, not a footprint, not a blaze mark on a tree, not a lost arrow, not a horse's hoofprint, nothing.

Bad news. Is there any predator that can eat these things? Of course then, we might need predator control.

First off, congratulations to the fine young women. But I just have to comment on the photo with the saw. Maybe it is because I was an ER Nurse so long, maybe it is because I have children including 2 daughters of my own. But that picture felt very much like the "before" photo of a trauma. Now I realize it was probably posed, and the photo is small and the blade is may be not in focus, but it appears to be spinning. But the 2 young ladies are looking at each other, particularly Challyn who if it is captioned right, is running the saw, and has her fingers on a 2 by 4 preparing to cut it. I am glad they are wearing eye protection, but she also needs to be looking at what she is doing, lest it is her fingers along with the wood, that she trims off. Safety first ladies!!!

"It sounds more like stupid behavior (rather than) rape," she said

Well, there is your first problem, not believing what they say. If they did not consent, then it is a rape. I don't know what the age of consent is here in colorado to be honest, maybe some of our readers familiar with the law do. But if it is sex below the age of consent, that is rape as well. Maybe instead of just saying it is stupid behavior, or discussing what children's definitions of sexual assault is (and I don't recall ever hearing a law anywhere that defined legality by a child's definition), or saying well kids will be kids, maybe we should be addressing the issue, enforcing the law, setting the example. Or, just say, as this article implies, the heck with it. Kids do stupid stuff, most of them survive, the world keeps turning, I'm more worried about the price of real estate, or which nut job gets elected.

Problem with this, if it is true, is that developers are then not inclined to build affordable housing. There is a huge problem, in Craig at least, of decent, safe, clean, affordable housing.
