79-year-old dies in rollover accident on U.S. Highway 40 near Maybell September 25, 2016
Last year Colorado and Ohio passed laws requiring signs and fences on oil production sites. This is a tax deductable expense and when traveling through Moffat County,I see many, older well sites, etc, that dont comply ,can Moffat County bring the wells up to code and protect the public?
Those mail in are a blessing up here in the high country, especially for the elderly, election day is much easier and the weather wont interfere.
The EPA is the one who did it,why not write them?I support the action to the fullest and recommend that all who agree contact the EPA with the support. If politics are the reason, which I doubt, that is not fair.Just wanted to let you know that Obama cant control the EPA and Hickenlooper may not be able to help either. This ruling has been in the making for along time,it seems that making it safer would only create more jobs in the extraction process,a whole new industry developing safer ways to do it.
Super Sweet! We just got an early Christmas present that will last forever for our future generations to enjoy this beautiful wilderness area in our back yards.Yippie!
